Briarwood Walk is a 70 acre mixed use transition district located adjacent to Interstate 95 and the Mystic Marine Life Aquarium. The development includes 225,000 SF of retail, office, restaurants, and a hotel along a walkable "Main Street". The residential neighborhood includes apartments, townhomes, and single-family homes. A large green with adjacent clubhouse is at the center of this neighborhood. Open space has been preserved along the public road to maintain the "farmscape" character and provide buffer for the StoneRidge Residential Community.
