The Greens at Gillette Ridge is a 165 unit residential development of both single and duplex style homes on the former north property of the Cigna Corporate Campus. Much of the development is designed around portions of a championship golf course. Site improvements included the design of entrance statements, a clubhouse area with swimming pool, and a comprehensive landscape plan for the entire development. Care was taken to preserve existing mature trees from the north campus landscape, while positioning units to take advantage of views of the Gillette Ridge Golf Course or natural areas.
