The Pat Abbate Alumni House is located on the eastern edge of the Quinnipiac University — Mount Carmel campus. Built in 1790, the historic colonial house is situated among stately mature trees and adjacent to the Public Affairs Building. These two buildings help form the edges of the Alumni Garden, a level lawn area with brick walks, stone walls, a memorial circular granite bench and landscape plantings. The space is used for campus events and affords panoramic views back to the campus core.
