Located on the east bank of the Thames River, Thames Edge at Fairview provides a variety of senior living amenities including individual cottages for independent living and a clubhouse with restaurant, meeting rooms and pool. The Master Plan incorporates future phases including an independent living building with apartments, common dining area and dementia unit.

The design team’s objective was to take full advantage of the property’s natural topography while developing the site. By terracing the development across the significant elevation changes, the design maximizes river views for as many residences as possible while also incorporating a variety of outdoor spaces for residents and their visitors. Connected units have shared social spaces providing opportunities for interaction.
