Site design that enhances park and golf course visitor experience while respecting the larger historical context.

Set within the 694-acre historic Keney Park, the Devereaux Emmet designed golf course and rustic Tudor style clubhouse provide a unique experience for park visitors. Working closely with the architects, the site design for the renovated clubhouse helps restore a high-quality golf experience to the park. Renovations include a new arrival and entry experience with integrated walk connections to the golf course and critical accessibility improvements.

Sensitive to the larger historical park context, the new exterior spaces include bluestone terraces overlooking the golf course, providing event spaces integrated into the larger park and golf course setting. The clubhouse improvements were part of a multi-phase renovation Master Plan for the Keney Park Golf Course and Clubhouse which also included the award-winning golf course restoration by Dusenberry Design.
